The Keyence GL-R119F Safety Light Curtain is a robust and reliable safety solution designed to protect operators from hazardous machine areas. Featuring a finger-protection type with 119 optical axes, this unit ensures high-level safety and precision. The GL-R119F utilizes an infrared LED light source and offers a detection capability of ø0.55" (ø14 mm), making it ideal for applications requiring fine detection.
The unit's total length is 47.24" (1200 mm) with a detection height of 46.46" (1180 mm) and a protection height of 47.40" (1204 mm). The beam axis spacing is 10 mm (0.39"), ensuring thorough coverage and protection. The detecting distance ranges from 0.66 to 32.81' (0.2 to 10 m), providing flexibility for various installation environments.
The GL-R119F supports both optical and wire synchronization, preventing mutual interference between multiple systems. It features a control output with two transistor outputs (PNP or NPN), and a supplemental AUX transistor output for non-safety-related signals. The unit is equipped with reverse current protection, short-circuit protection, and surge protection for enhanced reliability.
