The Keyence GP-M010 is a high-performance digital pressure sensor designed for precise measurement in demanding industrial environments. With a rated pressure range of -14.5 to +145.0 PSI (-0.1 to +1 MPa), this sensor is suitable for both gas and liquid applications that do not corrode the liquid contact parts. The GP-M010 features a 4 column digital LED display with vertical inversion capability, ensuring clear and flexible readouts.
Engineered for durability, the GP-M010 boasts an IP67 enclosure rating and can withstand pressures up to 4 MPa (40 bar). Its robust construction includes a SUS304/SUS303 housing and a PPSU plastic portion, making it resistant to harsh conditions. The sensor's environmental resistance is further enhanced by its ability to operate in temperatures ranging from -20 to +80°C (-4 to 176°F) and relative humidity of 35 to 85% RH.
The GP-M010 offers versatile connectivity options with a G3/4 connection port and various adapter options. It supports both NPN/PNP open collector outputs and analog output (4-20 mA), providing flexibility for integration into different systems. The sensor also features a selectable response time from 3 to 5000 ms, ensuring rapid and accurate measurements.
Additional features include a burst pressure of 2175 PSI (15 MPa), precision of ±1.0% of F.S., and repeatability of ±0.3% of F.S. The GP-M010 is compliant with CE, CSA, and UL standards, ensuring reliable performance and safety in industrial applications.
