The Keyence IV2-G500MA Sensor Head is a standard model monochrome AF type designed for high-precision applications. Featuring a 1/3 inch monochrome CMOS image receiving element, this sensor head ensures reliable performance with a reference distance ranging from 20 to 500 mm. The automatic focus adjustment and exposure time between 1/10 to 1/50000 seconds provide optimal image capture under varying conditions.
Equipped with white LED illumination, the IV2-G500MA allows switchable lighting methods between pulse and DC lighting, enhancing versatility in different environments. The robust design includes an enclosure rating of IP67, ensuring protection against dust and water ingress, making it suitable for harsh industrial settings.
Environmental resistance is further supported by an ambient temperature range of 0 to +50°C and relative humidity tolerance of 35 to 85% RH. The sensor head is built to withstand vibrations of 10 to 55 Hz with a double amplitude of 1.5 mm, and shock resistance up to 500 m/s², ensuring durability in demanding applications.
Constructed with a zinc die-casting main unit case, acrylic front cover with a hard coat, and TPU operation indicator cover, the IV2-G500MA combines strength and reliability. The compact design weighs approximately 75 g, making it easy to integrate into various systems.
