The Keyence LR-ZB100P is a high-performance, self-contained CMOS laser sensor designed for precise distance measurement applications. Featuring a rectangular shape and a 2 m cable connection, this sensor offers a detection range of 35 to 100 mm with a standard detectable deviation of 1.5 mm to 3 mm. The red laser light source, operating at 660 nm, ensures accurate and reliable performance.
Equipped with a Class 1 laser (IEC60825-1, FDA (CDRH) Part1040.10), the LR-ZB100P provides a safe and efficient solution for various industrial applications. The sensor includes a 3-digit 7-segment display (red), output indicator (yellow), DATUM indicator (orange), and a 1 spot indicator (green) for easy monitoring and operation.
The LR-ZB100P supports multiple response times (1.5 ms, 10 ms, 50 ms selectable) and offers versatile timer functions, including OFF/ON delay, OFF delay, and one-shot. The PNP open collector control output, with an applied voltage of 30 VDC or less and a control current of 100 mA or less, ensures compatibility with a wide range of control systems.
Built to withstand harsh environments, the LR-ZB100P features an IP68 and IP69K enclosure rating, as well as compliance with NEMA 4X, 6P, and 13 standards. The sensor is also ECOLAB and Diversey certified, making it suitable for use in demanding industrial settings.
