The Mitsubishi MELSERVO J2S Series AC Servo Drive is designed for high-precision motion control applications. This advanced servo drive features a built-in dynamic brake and supports sine wave PWM control, current control, speed control, and torque control modes. It operates on a supply voltage of 200Vac-230Vac and is compatible with both single-phase and three-phase input networks.
Engineered for reliability, the MR-J2S-40A model includes comprehensive protection functions such as overcurrent shut-off, regeneration overvoltage shut-off, overload shut-off, servo motor overheat protection, encoder fault protection, and more. With a rated output of 400W, this servo drive ensures efficient and accurate performance in demanding industrial environments.
The MR-J2S-40A offers multiple digital and analog inputs and outputs, including 1 x digital input (24Vdc; sink/source) for emergency stop (EMG) and 1 x analog input (0-10Vdc) for torque control (TLA/TC). The 17-bit encoder feedback input provides high-resolution positioning, making it suitable for applications requiring precise control.
Designed for natural cooling, the compact dimensions (H168mm x W70mm x D135mm) and robust construction ensure durability and ease of integration. The MR-J2S-40A is compatible with the HC-KFS series motors, providing a versatile solution for various automation needs.
