The Mitsubishi MELSERVO J3 Series AC Servo Drive is designed for advanced motion control applications, offering high-speed serial communication and robust protection features. This drive supports sine wave PWM control and current control methods, ensuring precise positioning and smooth operation. It includes a built-in dynamic brake and regenerative resistor, enhancing safety and efficiency.
With SSCNET III/H communication capability, the MR-J3-500B integrates seamlessly into complex automation systems. The drive operates on a 200V class supply voltage (200Vac-230Vac) with a 3-phase input, delivering a rated output of 5000W (5kW) and a rated current of 28A. It features multiple protection functions, including overcurrent, overvoltage, overload, servo motor overheat, encoder fault, regeneration fault, undervoltage, sudden power outage, overspeed, and excessive error protection.
The MR-J3-500B provides versatile I/O options with digital inputs, digital outputs, and analog outputs, allowing flexible integration with various control systems. It is compatible with Mitsubishi's HF-SP, HF-JP, HA-LP, HC-LP, HC-RP, and HC-UP series servo motors.
Designed for reliable operation in demanding environments, the drive supports ambient temperatures from 0 to +55°C for operation and -20°C to +65°C for storage. It complies with CE marking, cULus, TUV Rheinland, EN, UL, and RoHS standards, ensuring high quality and safety.
