The Omron ER6022 Rope Pull Emergency Stop Switch is designed for demanding industrial environments, providing reliable emergency stop functionality with long rope spans up to 80 meters. This reduces the number of switches required per application, simplifying installation and maintenance. The integrated tension indicator ensures proper rope tension, making setup and maintenance straightforward.

The ER6022 features a heavy-duty die-cast housing and stainless steel eye nut, ensuring durability in harsh conditions. The switch is equipped with IP67 protection, allowing it to withstand water washdown cleaning. The blue reset button must be pushed to return the system to the machine-run condition after actuation, enhancing safety and operational efficiency.

With contact arrangements of 2 N/C + 1 N/O or 3 N/C, the ER6022 is versatile and suitable for various applications, including conveyor systems, rotating machinery, and hazardous areas. The optional dual indicator beacon, available in 24 VDC, provides clear visual status indication, flashing red for a tripped switch and glowing green for a reset switch.

The ER6022 is designed for a minimum of one million actuations, ensuring long life and reliability. The snap-acting switch contacts are vibration tolerant, preventing nuisance tripping. The switch also offers two mounting positions for an optional E-stop button, which can be added or replaced in the field.
