The Omron G6D-F4PU / G3DZ-F4PU, G6D-F4B / G3DZ-F4B Terminal Relays are designed to provide reliable and efficient control in various industrial applications. Featuring the innovative Push-In Plus technology, these relays ensure secure and easy wiring connections, reducing installation time and improving maintenance efficiency. The relays offer a four-point output lineup, making them ideal for applications requiring multiple output points.
The G6D-F4B model, equipped with screw terminals, provides robust and stable connections, ensuring long-term reliability. With a contact resistance of 100 mΩ max, these relays guarantee low power loss and high performance. The relays operate with a maximum operate time of 10 ms and a release time of 10 ms, ensuring quick response in critical control systems.
Built to withstand harsh environments, the relays feature a high insulation resistance of 1,000 MΩ min at 500 VDC and a dielectric strength of 2,000 VAC between coil and contacts. They are also designed to endure mechanical and electrical stress, with a mechanical endurance of 20,000,000 operations and an electrical endurance of 200,000 operations at 3 A, 250 VAC resistive load.
These relays are suitable for a wide range of applications, including automation systems, machinery control, and process control. The ambient operating temperature range of -25 to 55°C and ambient operating humidity of 45% to 85% ensure reliable performance in various environmental conditions.
