The Omron LY2N DC24 Bi-power Relay is a versatile and reliable component designed for a wide range of industrial applications. This 2-pole relay features a single contact form (DPDT) and is equipped with an operation indicator LED for easy status monitoring. The relay is designed with plug-in terminals, making installation and maintenance straightforward.
With a coil rating of 24 VDC and a current consumption of 36.9 mA, the LY2N DC24 offers efficient performance. The relay's contact material is made of Ag alloy, ensuring high conductivity and durability. It can handle a contact rated load of 10 A for resistive loads and 7.5 A for inductive loads at 110 VAC, as well as 10 A for resistive loads and 5 A for inductive loads at 24 VDC.
The relay is built to withstand harsh environments, with a closed-type cover providing IP67 protection. It meets the EN 60947-5-2 standard, ensuring high reliability and safety. The LY2N DC24 also boasts excellent mechanical and electrical endurance, with a mechanical lifespan of up to 100 million operations and a rated load switching frequency of 1800 operations per hour.
Additional features include a high insulation resistance of 100 MΩ between coil and contacts, a dielectric strength of 2000 VAC between coil and contacts, and robust vibration and shock resistance. The relay operates within a temperature range of -25 to 40 ℃ and a humidity range of 5 to 85%, making it suitable for various environmental conditions.
