The Snap-in Markers UC-EMP (27X27) are engineered for precise labeling, accommodating a lettering field of 27 x 27 mm. These markers are offered in sheets and can be customized per customer specifications, with each sheet containing six individual labels organized in rows of two.

These markers are constructed from PA material and are compliant with various standards, including wipe resistance as per DIN EN 61010-1 and a flammability rating of V2 according to UL 94. They can operate within a wide ambient temperature range of -40 °C to 120 °C, making them suitable for diverse environmental conditions. Recommended storage conditions are at 23 °C with 50% relative humidity, ideally in a dry and dark space within the original packaging.

Moreover, the markers are free from silicone and halogen, ensuring compatibility with sensitive applications. They have passed rigorous testing for paint wetting impairment substances (LABS-conformity) and various chemical resistance tests including isopropanol, sodium hydroxide, and ethanol. Additionally, they meet fire protection criteria for rail vehicles under DIN EN 45545-2 across several requirements.
