The SACC-MINFS-4CON-PG13 connector is designed for universal applications with a 4-position configuration. It features a straight socket with a 7/8"-16UNF thread and A-coding, ensuring compatibility with various systems.

This connector utilizes a screw connection method, and its knurl is made of zinc die-cast material with a nickel-plated finish, providing durability. The integrated cable gland is Pg13.5, accommodating external cable diameters ranging from 10 mm to 12 mm.

Constructed in Germany, this connector allows for wire connections both with and without ferrules. It supports a connection cross-section of 0.34 mm² to 1.5 mm² (AWG 22 to 16) without ferrules, and the recommended stripping length for individual wires is 7 mm. The tightening torque for the 7/8" connectors is specified at 0.8 Nm.

With a nominal voltage of 300 V AC and a maximum current rating of 9 A, the connector is rated for a surge voltage of 4 kV. It offers a high degree of reliability with a contact resistance of ≤ 5 mΩ and insulation resistance of ≥ 100 MΩ. The design ensures at least 100 insertion/withdrawal cycles, making it suitable for repeated use.

Its degree of protection is IP67, making it resilient against dust and water ingress, with an operational temperature range from -25 °C to 85 °C for both male and female connectors. The materials used include PBT for the grip body, CuZn for the contacts, and PUR/PA 6.6 for the contact carrier.
