The digital output terminal, designated as IB IL 24 DO8/HD-PAC, is designed for industrial applications where reliable output control is essential. This module offers a total of 8 digital outputs operating at a nominal voltage of 24 V DC, each capable of delivering up to 500 mA. The connection method employed is a 1-conductor technology, ensuring straightforward installation.
Operating within a specified range of -25 °C to 55 °C ambient temperature, this terminal is suited for various harsh environments, with a degree of protection rated at IP20. It supports a local bus transmission speed of 500 kbps, allowing efficient communication within automation systems. The device is equipped with overload and short-circuit protection for outputs, enhancing operational safety.
In terms of specifications, it includes features such as a maximum output current per module of 4 A and nominal load capacities for inductive and resistive applications at 12 VA and 12 W, respectively.
