The ILC 171 ETH 2TX Inline Controller is designed for industrial applications, supporting communication protocols such as PROFINET and Modbus/TCP. The programming is executed via PC Worx Express or PC Worx, adhering to IEC 61131-3 standards. Notably, this modular controller operates at a clock frequency of 64 MHz and includes 512 kByte of program memory along with 48 kByte of retentive data storage.
This device can manage up to 8 control tasks with a maximum internal Modbus/TCP client data capacity of 32,768 bits. It supports a total of 128 devices and allows connection of up to 63 local bus devices, ensuring versatility in complex setups. The controller can interface with up to 16 Modbus/TCP clients, enhancing its connectivity options.
In terms of input and output capabilities, the controller features 8 digital inputs with an input voltage range of -0.5 V to 30 V and 4 digital outputs, each capable of handling a maximum current of 500 mA. It functions effectively in ambient temperatures ranging from -25 °C to 55 °C, making it suitable for diverse industrial environments.
