The UMK- EC56/25/EX -FRONT 2,5V/R interface module provides reliable connectivity with a 25-position screw connection at the field level, compliant with IEC/EN standards. This module incorporates an ELCO connector also with 25 positions, utilizing pin strip type 8016 designed for EEx i protection. The ELCO plugs' coding pins are set by default in position 6, enabling modification without disassembly of the module housing.

In terms of dimensions, this module measures 77 mm in width, 112.5 mm in height, and 52.5 mm in depth. It supports conductor cross-sections ranging from 0.2 mm² to 2.5 mm² for both solid and flexible conductors, accommodating AWG sizes from 24 to 14. The maximum voltage across the intrinsically safe circuits is rated at 60 V DC, while the nominal voltage can reach up to 30 V DC, with a current carrying capacity of 500 mA per branch.

This product operates within an ambient temperature range of -20 °C to 50 °C and can withstand storage and transport conditions from -20 °C to 70 °C. Additionally, the module is compliant with environmental regulations, including REACh and China RoHS, ensuring a lifespan of 50 years under environmentally friendly use conditions.
