The ATSU01 soft starter is capable of managing 3-phase asynchronous motors, supporting a power range of up to 15 kW at 400 V and 7.5 kW at 230 V. With a width of just 45 mm, this unit is compact and facilitates installation in various environments. The integrated bypass feature minimizes noise and reduces heat generation, contributing to operational efficiency. The device has an IP20 protection rating, ensuring it is suitable for simple applications such as pumps, conveyors, and small cranes. Compliance with standards including IEC/EN 60947-4-2 and certifications from UL, CSA, C-Tick, and CCC further enhance its credibility.
Operating under a temperature range of -10°C to 40°C without derating, and up to 50°C with a current derating, the ATSU01 also withstands an operating altitude of up to 1000 m without performance loss. The unit offers adjustable starting and deceleration times between 1 to 10 seconds, allowing for tailored motor operation. Its weight is 0.49 kg, and it is designed for vertical mounting with a tolerance of +/- 10 degrees.
For ease of connection, it features various screw clamp terminals suitable for different wire sizes, and it is compatible with TeSys U starter-controllers via the power connector VW3G4104. The ATSU01 is a valuable component for optimizing machinery operations and minimizing maintenance downtime.
