The servo motor operates within the Lexium 32 series and is suitable for machines with power needs from 0.15kW to 7kW. It is characterized by a maximum mechanical speed of 6000RPM and integrates a parallel keyed shaft, while lacking a holding brake. The device is equipped with a SinCos Hiperface® encoder, which provides 32768 points per turn for efficient data transfer to the servo drive.
Designed for high-load applications, it allows for precise movement adjustments. The motor has a rated supply voltage of 480V and a continuous stall current of 3.15A, delivering a continuous power output of 1.76W. The shaft measures 19mm in diameter and 40mm in length.
With an IP54 protection rating, the motor includes rotatable right-angled connectors for ease of electrical connection. Its dimensions are 128.6mm in length and 100mm in width, with a centering collar measuring 3.5mm in depth and 95mm in diameter, incorporating a mounting hole circle diameter of 115mm. The total weight of the motor is 3.34kg.
This servo motor is compatible with Lexium 32 servo drives and adheres to the international standard for a 100mm flange mount while utilizing natural convection for cooling. The encoder facilitates absolute position tracking and enables synchronization of flows, ensuring automatic identification of the motor upon servo drive activation.
