The modular fuse carrier features a two-pole (2P) configuration, suitable for controlling circuits with a maximum rating of 32A at 690V. It accommodates fuse links of size 10x38mm, ensuring compatibility with a variety of installations. This device can handle short-circuit currents of up to 120kA at 400V, reflecting its capacity for robust protection.
With a compact design measuring only 35mm in width, it is optimized for use in modular panels and can be easily mounted on a standard 35mm DIN rail. The connection is facilitated through screw clamp terminals, which accept rigid cables ranging from 1 to 16 mm² and flexible cables from 1 to 6 mm². Additionally, the fuse carrier is padlockable for enhanced safety during maintenance.
It adheres to multiple international standards, including IEC, UL, and CSA, and is certified for use in various applications. The unit operates effectively in ambient temperatures from -40°C to 70°C, though derating is required above 20°C. With a fire resistance rating of 960 °C in line with IEC 60695-2-1, it meets stringent safety requirements. This product is classified with an IP20 protection level and is designed for vertical mounting with a tolerance of +/- 23°.
Complementing its design are additional accessories such as fuse carrier assembly kits and clip-in markers, which can be ordered separately. The product is sold in sets of six units, making it suitable for bulk applications.
