The TeSys D contactor is engineered for integration into control systems, capable of supporting motor starters in diverse applications. This model handles inductive loads up to 38A and is suitable for three-phase operations, achieving a horsepower rating of 20HP at 480VAC. It provides flexibility with its 3-pole configuration and includes three normally open contacts.
This contactor is rated for various voltages: 10HP at 200-208VAC, 10HP at 240VAC, and 25HP at 600VAC. At single-phase, it supports 2HP at 115VAC and 5HP at 240VAC. The device can achieve a short-circuit current rating (SCCR) of 100kA when paired with a Class J or CC fuse rated up to 600VAC, ensuring high reliability and safety standards.
With a compact design measuring 3.35 inches tall, 1.77 inches wide, and 3.62 inches deep, and weighing 0.97 lbs, it is suitable for mounting on DIN rails or directly onto panels. The contactor is compliant with several international standards, including UL, CSA, IEC, and RoHS/REACh, contributing to its recognition as a Green Premium product.
Integrated with an electronic coil compatible with both AC and DC inputs ranging from 24V to 60V, this device features built-in auxiliary contacts—one normally open and one normally closed. The construction also includes screw clamp terminals for reliable load and auxiliary connections. Overall, the TeSys D contactor is designed to meet the demands of various industrial applications while ensuring superior performance and durability.
