The TeSys D contactor is engineered for integration within control systems, facilitating motor starters across various applications. This specific model supports inductive loads up to 40A and can handle resistive loads reaching 200A. It is designed with three poles and features a 127VAC coil.
With a height of 4.80 inches, a width of 2.17 inches, and a depth of 4.72 inches, the contactor has a net weight of 1.87 lbs. It is capable of being mounted on DIN rail or directly onto panels, and it incorporates a range of horsepower ratings for international compatibility, including 10HP at 200-208VAC, 10HP at 240VAC, and 30HP at 480VAC and 600VAC.
When utilized within a 480VAC circuit breaker rated up to 110A, the contactor achieves a Short-Circuit Current Rating (SCCR) of up to 100kA. For applications using Class J or CC fuses rated for up to 600VAC and 90A, the same SCCR is attainable. The device includes one normally open and one normally closed auxiliary contact, with the NC contact being mirror certified.
Compliant with multiple international standards, including UL and CSA, this contactor is also certified to meet RoHS/REACh requirements, positioning it as a Green Premium product. It is equipped with screw clamp terminals for load and auxiliary connections, and a comprehensive range of accessories is available to fulfill various application needs.
