The TeSys D contactors are designed to seamlessly integrate into control systems, providing versatility for diverse applications. These contactors come in multiple ratings, accommodating inductive motor loads up to 150 full-load amps and resistive loads up to 200 amps. The 80A inductive 3 pole IEC contactor is suitable for DIN rail or panel mounting. It offers both horsepower and Kw motor ratings for international acceptance.
This contactor is rated for various power levels, including 25HP at 200-208VAC, 30HP at 240VAC, 60HP at 480VAC, and 60HP at 600VAC for three-phase applications. It also supports single-phase loads of 7.5HP at 115VAC and 15HP at 240VAC. When used with a 480VAC up to 150A circuit breaker or a 600VAC 175A Class J or CC fuse, the contactor can handle SCCR up to 100kA.
The contactor is equipped with a 100 VAC 50/60 Hz coil and features one normally open and one normally closed auxiliary contact. The NC contact is mirror certified. Screw clamp terminals are used for load and auxiliary connections. An extensive range of accessories allows for easy customization to meet various application requirements.
The contactor measures 5.00 inches in height, 3.35 inches in width, and 5.12 inches in depth, weighing 3.51 lbs. It is certified under UL, CSA, IEC, CCC, EAC, and Marine standards, and complies with RoHS/REACh regulations, making it an environmentally friendly choice.
