The TeSys T is a robust motor management system designed to provide full motor monitoring, control, and protection. It supports six communication protocols including Modbus™, CANopen, DeviceNet&trademark;, Profibus&trademark;, Ethernet/IP, and Modbus/TCP. This system consists of several components including the LTMR controller, expansion module, HMI, and software along with various accessories.
The LTMR controller is the main component that manages basic functions such as ground current measurement, motor temperature monitoring, and three-phase current measurement. It also includes logic inputs and outputs for fault management. The expansion module provides additional inputs and measures voltage between phases for enhanced functionality.
TeSys T offers high reliability and a long product life due to its advanced electronic protection and all-in-one design. It is suitable for harsh environments such as dusty atmospheres, marine applications, high vibration applications, and corrosive atmospheres. This motor management system is used in various industries including Metal/Mining/Mineral, Oil & Gas, Water Wastewater.
The LTMR27MFM controller measures a current range of 1.35-27A with a supply voltage of 100-240 Vac and uses CANopen as the communication protocol. It measures temperature, phase current, imbalance current, average current, and earth-fault current. The dimensions are 61 mm (H) X 91 mm (W) X 122.5 mm (D) and it weighs 0.53 kg.
