The TBS industrial ABS box is designed for versatile applications and features an opaque cover H10. It has internal dimensions of 105 x 65 x 55 mm and external dimensions of 116 x 74 x 62 mm. This enclosure is wall mounted and includes a low plain cover secured by a captive screw lock, ensuring a robust sealing capability. The enclosure meets rigorous standards including IP66, which corresponds to NEMA 4.4X, and IK07 for impact resistance, as specified in the Designation Code. The material used is ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene-styrene), which incorporates 45% post-industrial recycled content and is resistant to fire at temperatures up to 650°C.

The TBS box is certified by TÜV and designed for applications that require electrical insulation class II. It operates effectively within an ambient temperature range of -25°C to 60°C and can be stored at temperatures between -15°C and 40°C. The product composition includes one body, one cover, and four cover screws, packaged in sets of five for convenience.
