The Schneider Electric Lexium 52 3-pole Servo Motor is an advanced component in the Lexium 52 & Motors range, specifically designed for PacDrive 3. This servo motor boasts a maximum mechanical speed of 8000RPM, ensuring smooth and efficient operation. It is equipped with an absolute multi-turn SinCos Hiperface® encoder featuring 128 periods speed feedback resolution. The motor's rated supply voltage ranges from 115V to 480V, with a continuous stall current of 2.9A and a continuous power output of 1130W.
The shaft dimensions are 11mm (diameter) x 23mm (length), and it comes with rotatable right angled connectors for easy electrical connection. This servo motor is rated IP54/IP65, ensuring robustness against dust and moisture. The product measures 187mm in length, with a centering collar of 2.5mm (depth) x 60mm (diameter) and an 82mm mounting hole. It weighs approximately 2.8kg.
This servo motor is compatible with PacDrive 3 for motion centric machines, supporting the 70mm international standard flange mount with a natural convection cooling system. The Lexium 52 range provides an ideal counterbalance to the Lexium 62 multi-axis servo system, making the PacDrive system one of the most flexible motion control solutions available.
