The Schneider Electric Lexium 52 Servo Motor, model SH3 140 19.5Nm, is a high-performance servo motor designed for use with the PacDrive 3 system.
This motor features a maximum mechanical speed of 4000RPM and a smooth shaft end with holding brake. It is equipped with an absolute multi-turn SinCos Hiperface® encoder with 128 periods speed feedback resolution, providing precise control and accurate positioning.
The motor has a rated supply voltage of 115V to 480V, a continuous stall current of 13.2A, and a continuous power of 3900W. The shaft dimensions are 24mm (diameter) x 50mm (length), and it is furnished with rotatable right angled connectors for electrical connection.
The motor is rated IP54/IP65, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial environments. It has a length of 310.5mm and centering collar dimensions of 3.5mm (depth) x 130mm (diameter) with a 165mm mounting hole.
This servo motor is compatible with the PacDrive 3 system for motion-centric machines, supporting 140mm international standard flange mount with a natural convection cooling system. It provides an ideal counterbalance to the Lexium 62 multi-axis servo system, making the PacDrive system one of the most flexible motion control solutions.
