The XMLA pressure switch features a fixed differential mechanism for accurately detecting a single pressure threshold, suitable for hydraulic oils operating at temperatures up to 160°C. Housed in a zinc alloy enclosure, it ensures durability and reliability in pressurized fluid circuits. With a mechanical lifespan of 6 million cycles, it minimizes maintenance needs. The device complies with multiple standards, including CCC and EN/IEC 60947-5-1, ensuring its suitability for various industrial applications.
Configured for direct mounting on tubage, this pressure switch employs a piston as the pressure actuator. It is equipped with screw-clamp terminals for electrical connections, supporting wire sizes ranging from 0.5 to 2.5 mm². The product’s local display allows for easy monitoring of pressure levels, while its cable entry features a gland accommodating diameters from 9 to 13 mm.
In terms of operational specifications, the switch can be adjusted for rising pressure detection between 5 and 70 bar and falling pressure detection from 2 to 62.5 bar. The maximum permissible accidental pressure is rated at 160 bar, with a destruction pressure threshold of 320 bar. Additionally, it is designed to withstand temperature extremes from -25 to 70 °C during operation and -40 to 70 °C during storage. The IP66 rating indicates its robust protection against dust and water ingress, conforming to EN/IEC 60529.
