Schneider Electric XMLR250M2P05

The XMLR series includes electronic pressure sensors designed for precise pressure management across a wide range of fluids. This model operates within a pressure range of 0 to 250 bar, with a maximum accidental pressure of 750 bar and a destruction pressure of 1500 bar. The sensor's housing is made from 316L stainless steel, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion.

Equipped with two PNP solid-state outputs, this sensor is compatible with fresh water, air, hydraulic oil, and refrigeration fluids, making it versatile for applications in moulding presses, pneumatic systems, and hydraulic machinery. The G 1/4 DIN 3852-Y fluid connector and M12 electrical connector facilitate easy integration into existing systems.

With a compact design, the device allows for a 300° rotation of the body, enabling optimal orientation after installation. It adheres to multiple certifications including CE, EAC, and cULus, and complies with standards such as EN/IEC 61326-2-3 and UL 61010-1. This pressure sensor maintains high accuracy with a display accuracy of <= 1% and features a fast response time of 50 ms. Its construction includes a fibreglass-impregnated polyacrylamide body, enhancing its mechanical strength and providing a protection rating of P65/IP67.
