The SMC AS1201F-M3-04 Speed Controller is designed to provide precise flow control in pneumatic systems. Featuring a one-touch fitting and elbow design, this speed controller significantly reduces installation time and minimizes setting errors. The larger push-lock type handle ensures easy operation, while the scale window allows for accurate flow rate adjustments. This model offers improved repeatability and enhanced insertion force, making it ideal for various industrial applications.
The AS1201F-M3-04 is built to accommodate a range of body and port sizes, including M3, M5, and 10-32 UNF threads. It supports tubing outer diameters of 4 mm, ensuring compatibility with standard pneumatic systems. The electroless nickel-plated brass parts provide excellent corrosion resistance, enhancing the durability and longevity of the controller.
With a maximum operating pressure of 1 MPa and an ambient and fluid temperature range of -5 to 60°C, the AS1201F-M3-04 is suitable for use with air, nylon, soft nylon, and polyurethane tubing. The controller is compliant with RoHS standards, ensuring it meets environmental and safety regulations.
This speed controller is ideal for applications requiring precise flow control, such as automated machinery, pneumatic tools, and other industrial equipment. The universal type allows for 360° piping swivel, offering flexibility in installation and design.
