The SMC MGPL-Z Standard Guided Cylinder with Ball Bushing Bearing offers exceptional performance in a compact and lightweight design. This cylinder is part of the MGP-Z series, featuring bore sizes ranging from 12 mm to 32 mm and strokes from 1 mm to 400 mm, depending on the bore size. The MGPL32TF-100Z model is specifically designed with a 32 mm bore size and a 100 mm stroke.
Three types of bearings are available: slide bearing, ball bushing, and high precision ball bushing, allowing for customization based on application requirements. The ball bushing bearing ensures smooth operation, making it suitable for pusher and lifter applications where minimizing plate displacement is crucial.
With four mounting options (top, side, bottom, and T-slot side mounting), the MGPL-Z series provides flexibility in installation. Additionally, auto switches can be mounted on two surfaces, enhancing operational efficiency.
The cylinder operates with compressed air and supports a maximum operating pressure of 1.0 MPa, with a proof pressure of 1.5 MPa. It functions effectively within a temperature range of -10°C to 60°C, ensuring reliable performance in various environments. The double-acting mode of operation and rubber bumper cushioning on both ends contribute to its durability and stability.
