The SMC VBA20A-F03 Booster Regulator is designed to enhance your air supply system by increasing the main line pressure up to two times. This booster regulator is an energy-efficient solution that allows the main air supply pressure to be set low while achieving the desired pressure increase. The VBA20A-F03 is a handle-operated type with a body size of 20A and a threading diameter of 3/8 inch, making it suitable for various industrial applications.
One of the key benefits of the VBA20A-F03 is its ability to increase factory air pressure by up to 200% without the need for an external power supply. This air-only operation reduces heat generation and simplifies installation, as there is no need for dedicated electrical wiring. The space-saving design allows for direct connection to air tanks and booster regulators, further enhancing its practicality.
The VBA20A-F03 features a floating piston structure and a grease retaining groove, which contribute to its improved service life and reliability. The built-in mesh filter at the IN port prevents operation failure due to foreign matter, while the integrated air-feeding tube with the main tube mitigates condensation caused by cooling during exhaust expansion.
