The adjustable bar hangers feature a depth of 1-3/16 inches, suitable for 3/8 inch, 1/2 inch, and 5/8 inch wall board and plaster. Designed with score marks to assist in achieving the correct drywall and plaster depths, these hangers can support a maximum load of 50 pounds (22.7 kilograms). Their adjustable length ranges from 10-1/2 inches to 18-1/2 inches, making them versatile for different applications. Each package includes a stud for complete installation.
These hangers comply with UL E13938 and CSA 12798 standards and are constructed from steel with a silver finish. The claws provide temporary support to ensure proper positioning until the hangers are permanently secured. Suitable for built-in installation boxes, they are categorized under accessories for junction boxes in both North American and European specifications.
