The Turck LUS211-40-51-LI2UPN8-H1141 Ultrasonic Sensor, Level Control, is designed for precise level measurement in various industrial applications. It features a maximum range of 400 mm and a rotatable housing that can be adjusted after mounting the process connection.
The sensor has a 4-digit, 2-colored display with 12 segments, providing clear visibility of the measured level. The housing is rotatable by 180°, allowing for flexible installation in different environments.
The G3/4 process connection ensures compatibility with a wide range of industrial systems. The sensor comes with a sealing ring included in the delivery (stainless steel ring with NBR seal), ensuring reliable and long-lasting performance.
With a blind zone of 0.5 cm and a range of 40 cm, the LUS211-40-51-LI2UPN8-H1141 offers high accuracy and resolution, with a resolution of 0.5 mm and an aperture angle of sonic cone of ±15°.
The sensor features one switching output (PNP/NPN) and one analog output (4…20 mA / 0…10 V / additional switching output, PNP/NPN), providing versatile control options. The NO/NC programmable feature allows for customizable operation based on specific process requirements.
The Turck LUS211-40-51-LI2UPN8-H1141 also supports IO-link transmission, enabling the transfer of process values and parametrization. This feature enhances system integration and improves overall operational efficiency.
