The Klippon TB FS serves as an empty terminal box, constructed from stainless steel 1.4404 (316L) with an electropolished surface finish. Its overall dimensions are 980 mm in height, 740 mm in width, and 200 mm in depth, making it suitable for a variety of industrial applications including the oil and gas, chemical, and process industries. The enclosure features a gland plate positioned at the bottom, and it is equipped with a welded-on M6 earth stud and a continuous M10 earth stud to facilitate grounding.

Designed for use in explosive risk zones, this terminal box complies with multiple standards such as DIN EN 62208 and EN 60079 series, ensuring safety and reliability in hazardous environments. The construction accommodates a maximum payload of 290 kg and has an impact resistance rating of 7 J for the ATEX version and 10 J for the standard version. Furthermore, it offers a protection degree of IP66 and IP67, suitable for demanding conditions.

With a material thickness of 1.5 mm for both the body and cover, and a flange material thickness of 3 mm, the enclosure is robust yet lightweight. Notably, the operating temperature range is from -60 °C to 135 °C, permitting its deployment in extreme environments. The terminal box is designed for horizontal and vertical assembly options, supporting various terminal configurations.
