The KLIPPON K41 is constructed from untreated Aluminium AlSi12, offering a material thickness of 4.5 mm for the enclosure and 4 mm for the cover. With a protection degree of IP66, IP67, and IP68, this enclosure is suited for demanding environments, capable of withstanding operational temperatures ranging from -40 °C to 80 °C.

Measuring 120 mm in height, 122 mm in width, and 81 mm in depth, the enclosure is designed for easy mounting with a width of 106 mm and height of 82 mm for installation purposes. The enclosure also features a significant impact resistance of 10 J, making it suitable for various industrial sectors including process industry, transportation, marine engineering, packaging industry, harbour facilities, and machine construction.

For cable management, the enclosure accommodates multiple cable glands, including configurations for M12, M16, M20, M25, and M32 sizes, effectively allowing for versatile connectivity options. The lid is secured with M6 Torx stainless steel screws, and integral fixing is provided through M5 threaded holes.

Compliance with multiple standards is ensured through certifications such as CE, cULus, and DNV GL, with certificate numbers corresponding to the enclosure's approval. The enclosure also adheres to the REACH SVHC regulations, ensuring environmental safety.
