The Klippon K 1 VMQ is an empty enclosure made of untreated Aluminium AlSi12, suitable for use in diverse environments including process industry, marine engineering, and packaging. With dimensions of 70 mm in height and width, and a depth of 45 mm, this enclosure is designed to accommodate various cable glands: two M12 and M16 on the top and bottom, and one each on the right and left sides.

It features a material thickness of 3.5 mm for the enclosure and 3 mm for the cover, ensuring durability and protection. The assembly can withstand operating temperatures ranging from -50 °C to 135 °C and offers a high impact resistance of 10.00 J. The enclosure is rated with protection classes IP66, IP67, and IP68, with the latter tested for 72 hours at 1 meter depth, ensuring it is well-suited for harsh environments.

Mounting dimensions are optimized for ease of installation, with a width of 58 mm and height of 42 mm. The lid is secured with M4 Torx stainless steel screws, and integral fixing is facilitated with threaded holes of M4. This enclosure meets various approvals including cULus and DNV GL, and is compliant with environmental regulations such as RoHS.
