The RS-SERIES relay module is designed with a configuration of 2 CO contacts made from AgNi 90/10, ensuring high reliability. It operates at a rated control voltage of 115 V UC with a tolerance of +5 % / -15 %. This module supports a continuous current of 4 A.
In terms of physical characteristics, it measures 25 mm in width, 70 mm in height, and 63.5 mm in depth, with a net weight of 41.8 g. The module utilizes a screw connection for wire attachment with a clamping range of 0.5 mm² to 4 mm², and a stripping length of 8 mm. The absence of a mechanical switch position indicator simplifies installation and maintenance.
For environmental compliance, it adheres to CE and EAC standards, and is ROHS compliant. The product also meets various classification standards including ETIM 6.0 and 7.0, EClass 9.0 through 10.0, and UNSPSC 30-21-19-17.
The insulation coordination is rated for 250 V with a surge voltage category of III and a pollution severity of 2. It achieves a protection degree of IP20 and maintains a creepage and clearance distance of more than 3 mm between input and output. The relay is capable of withstanding an impulse voltage of 4 kV.
Operating temperature ranges from -25 °C to 40 °C, while storage conditions can be as low as -40 °C and as high as 60 °C. The module is designed to function optimally in environments with relative humidity levels up to 93 % without condensation.
