The Littelfuse® POWR-PRO® JTD_ID Indicator Class J fuse provides visual blown fuse indication and maximum protection in a compact package. The compact Class J package was designed specifically for circuits where space is at a premium. The current limiting time delay JTD_ID offers a patented true dual-element design that is ideal for use in circuits with high inrush currents. Superior performance characteristics of JTD_ID Indicator fuses reduce nuisance fuse opening and the blown fuse indication reduces downtime and increases safety. Applications:

Designed specifically for supplementary protection of semiconducting devices such as silicon controlled rectifiers (SCR’s), diodes, thyristors, triacs, transistors, and similar solid-state devices. These devices are used in power equipment including variable speed drives, power rectifiers, UPS systems, DC power supplies, and in a wide range of electronic equipment. May be used wherever extremely fast-acting, current-limiting fuses with no time delay are required.

A low profile fuse block featuring individual barriers which reinforce the fuse clips while providing greater protection against clip damage and electrical shock. The unique design permits self-alignment of clips to fuse cap. This, plus a one-piece clip/terminal assures low contact resistance. Higher current ratings have been attained using spring brass clips. With the exception of the two-pole unit, multiple pole units may be broken apart to obtain desired number of poles.

The 382 Series are TR5®, time- Lag type, 250V rated fuses, with enchanced breaking capacity designed in accordance to IEC 60127 - 3.

NLS series fuses provide low cost protection for general-purpose feeder and branch circuits when available short circuit currents are less than 50,000 amperes. They replace all Class H fuses which have only a 10,000 ampere interrupting rating. They are suitable for use in many residential and smaller commercial and industrial applications. NLKP series fuses are Canadian “Code” fuses specifically designed to meet Canadian Electrical Code Type P fuse requirements for residential use. They have a 10,000 ampere interrupting rating. However, to obtain the added benefits of time-delay, current-limitation, and higher interrupting rating, consider the use of POWR-PRO™ IDSR Indicator™ fuses for circuits between 250 and 600 volts. The user gets all the benefits of time-delay RK5 fuses plus the added benefits of a n indicating fuse that tells when it has opened.
