The Keyence GP-M025 is a robust digital pressure sensor designed for industrial applications requiring precise pressure measurement. This main unit, positive-pressure type sensor offers a rated pressure range of -0.1 to +2.5 MPa, making it suitable for a variety of gas and liquid applications that do not corrode the liquid contact parts. The sensor features a high burst pressure of 35 MPa, ensuring durability and reliability in demanding environments.
Equipped with a 4-column digital LED display, the GP-M025 provides clear and accurate readings with a resolution of 0.001 MPa. The display can be vertically inverted for flexible installation options. The sensor's precision is within ±1.0% of full scale, with repeatability of ±0.3% of full scale, ensuring consistent performance.
The GP-M025 is designed to withstand harsh conditions, with an IP67 enclosure rating and a pressure resistance of 10 MPa. It operates effectively in ambient temperatures ranging from -20 to +80°C and medium temperatures from -20 to +100°C. The sensor is also resistant to vibration and shock, conforming to IEC60068-2-6 and IEC60068-2-27 standards.
Additional features include selectable NPN/PNP open collector control outputs, a 4-20 mA analogue output, and a maximum current consumption of 50 mA. The sensor's connection diameter is G3/4, with various adapter options available. The GP-M025 is compatible with M12 connectors and offers a box rotation angle of up to 330° for easy installation.
