The Keyence IV2-G30 Sensor Amplifier in standard mode offers exceptional performance and versatility for a wide range of industrial applications. Designed with built-in AI, this sensor amplifier provides reliable and accurate detection capabilities, making it ideal for quality control and automation processes.
The IV2-G30 features a comprehensive set of detection tools, including outline, color area, edge pixels, color average, brightness average, width, diameter, edge presence, pitch, OCR, and more. With the ability to store up to 128 programs using an SD card, this sensor amplifier ensures seamless integration and adaptability to various tasks.
Equipped with a robust image capture function, the IV2-G30 supports digital zoom, HDR, high gain, color filter, white balance, and brightness correction. The image data can be transferred to an SD card or FTP server in multiple formats, including bmp, jpeg, iv2p, and txt. The amplifier also provides detailed analysis information, such as histograms, processing time, and output monitor, to enhance operational efficiency.
The IV2-G30 offers flexible input and output options, with 8 inputs and 8 outputs that can be assigned to various functions. It supports both non-voltage and voltage input types, as well as open collector NPN/PNP switchable outputs. The built-in Ethernet interface ensures seamless communication with other devices, supporting protocols like EtherNet/IP™, PROFINET, and TCP/IP.
