Minarik Drives DC250-12/24-4Q

The DC-4Q series drives facilitate efficient operation by maintaining variable speed even under decreasing battery levels. With a 1.01 form factor that produces clean DC output, these drives ensure quiet motor performance and operate at a PWM frequency of 16 kHz. Equipped with a sleep mode, they optimize battery life when inactive.

This series supports straightforward connections for rapid reversing and braking without the need for bulky contactors or braking resistors. Additionally, the drives are microprocessor-based, allowing for customizable settings including IR Compensation, Motoring Current Limit, Regenerative Current Limit, Forward and Reverse Max Speed, Min Speed, Acceleration, and Deceleration Times. The DC-4Q series also includes multiple LED indicators for Power, Current Limit, Under Voltage, Over Voltage, Overheat, and Short Circuit statuses.

Available in models for both 12-24V and 36-48V systems, the DC-4Q series simplifies voltage selection by eliminating the need for jumpers or switches. It is designed with robust bus bars capable of handling a continuous current of up to 120 Amps, with a peak capacity reaching 250 Amps for 1 minute. Safety features such as short circuit protection and an optional precharge circuit enhance operational reliability.
