The Murrelektronik M12 Male Connector 0° A-cod. 5-pol. is designed for robust and reliable electrical connections in industrial environments. This connector features a screw terminal that supports a maximum connection cross-section of 0.75mm², ensuring secure and stable connections. The connector is shielded to protect against electromagnetic interference, making it ideal for use in environments with high electrical noise.
With a degree of protection of IP67, this connector is dust-tight and can withstand temporary immersion in water, ensuring durability and longevity in harsh conditions. The connector is designed to operate within a wide temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, making it suitable for various industrial applications.
The housing is made of zinc die-casting with a nickel-plated coating, providing excellent mechanical strength and corrosion resistance. The connector's mounting method involves insertion and screwing, with a tightening torque of 0.6 Nm, ensuring a secure fit. The clamping range of 6-8mm accommodates various cable sizes, and the connector's compact dimensions (62mm height, 20mm width, 20mm depth) make it easy to integrate into tight spaces.
This connector complies with EN IEC 60529 for protection degree, EN 60664-1 for overvoltage category III, and EN 60950-1 for overvoltage category II, ensuring high standards of safety and performance. It is designed for a maximum operating voltage of 60V DC and can handle a current of up to 4A per contact.
