The Inline controller facilitates communication through both PROFINET and Modbus/TCP. It is designed for modular applications and is programmed using PC Worx Express or PC Worx in accordance with IEC 61131-3. This device has a clock frequency of 64 MHz and features 1 Mbyte of program memory along with 48 kByte of retentive data storage (NVRAM).
With a maximum of 128 supported devices and the capability to manage 8 control tasks, it allows for efficient data handling with a maximum process data capacity of 32768 bits. The controller can connect up to 63 local bus devices while adhering to current consumption limits, and supports up to 16 Modbus/TCP clients in firmware version 4.42 or later.
Power supply requirements specify 24 V DC with a range from 19.2 V DC to 30 V DC, accommodating a maximum current draw of 8 A DC. The device features 8 digital inputs with a maximum cable length of 30 m and 4 digital outputs capable of handling up to 500 mA per channel. It is housed in a compact design measuring 80 mm in width, 119.8 mm in height, and 71.5 mm in depth, with an IP20 protection rating.
This controller is intended exclusively for industrial applications, and is not suitable for use in potentially explosive environments in China. It complies with the EMC Directive 2014/30/EU and has undergone rigorous testing for environmental resilience, including shock and vibration resistance.
