The ATV320 variable speed drive supports a rated power of 15kW and operates effectively within a voltage range of 525V to 600V AC. Its compact design facilitates vertical stacking, enabling efficient use of space within machine frames. This drive is tailored for complex machine applications and boasts a nominal output current of 22.0 A.
Designed to endure harsh environments, the ATV320 is equipped with IEC 60721-3-3 class 3C3 coated printed circuit boards, allowing operation at ambient temperatures up to 60°C without additional cooling. The drive integrates advanced features such as torque and speed accuracy at low speeds, high dynamic performance via flux vector control without sensors, and an extended frequency range suitable for high-speed motors.
Safety is addressed with five built-in functions configurable through SoMove software, ensuring compliance with safety standards whether used alongside a Preventa safety module or independently. The product's dimensions are 180mm wide, 330mm high, and 198mm deep, with a weight of 6.5kg. It conforms to various international standards, including IEC, UL, TUV, and KC, and is designed for vertical mounting with four fixing holes.
Additional options such as braking resistors, line chokes, and EMC filters are available depending on the drive rating. The ATV320 integrates seamlessly with Schneider Electric's EcoStruxure Machine for configuration and diagnostics.
