This stepper motor is part of the Lexium SD3 series, designed for high-precision motion control applications. It provides step-by-step movements defined by a compatible stepper motor drive, achieving a resolution of 200 steps per 1.8 degrees, with additional step options available up to 10000 steps per revolution.
The motor operates within a supply voltage range of 230 VAC to 325 VDC and has a rated current of 5.8 A. It delivers a nominal torque of 4 Nm and a holding torque of 4.8 Nm, suitable for various industrial tasks. With a time constant of 9 ms and an angular acceleration of 200000 rad/s², this motor is capable of rapid response and precise positioning.
Constructed with a flange mounting support measuring 85 mm, it includes four mounting holes with a circle diameter of 98.99 mm. The motor is rated IP56 for protection against dust and water, while the shaft end is rated IP41. It is designed to operate in ambient temperatures from -25 to 40 °C and can withstand humidity levels from 15 to 85% without condensation.
This motor is compliant with multiple standards including EN/IEC 50178 and EN/IEC 61800, ensuring compatibility with Lexium SD3 drives. The product is certified by CE, CUL, and UL, confirming its adherence to safety and environmental regulations. Additionally, it features a service life of 20000 hours and is designed for installation in both horizontal and vertical orientations as per IEC 60034-7.
