The TeSys Giga high power contactor is engineered for AC-1 applications, accommodating up to 440A at 440V through its robust 4-pole design. Equipped with a low consumption electronic coil that operates across a 200-500V AC/DC range, it ensures efficient PLC output control while maintaining high reliability.
This contactor is built to withstand demanding environments, allowing for maximum operational rates of up to 600 cycles per hour and functioning optimally in temperatures ranging from -25°C to 60°C. It boasts a mechanical durability rated at 5 million cycles, ensuring longevity and reliability in various applications.
The device features Local and Remote Contact Wear Diagnosis (CWD), facilitating continuous monitoring with health and alarm indicators. Notably, the contactor includes an auxiliary contact block composed of 1NO and 1NC configurations, enhancing its operational capabilities.
Installation is streamlined, allowing for mounting in any quadrant and facilitating maintenance without the need to disconnect cables or busbars.
