DCN300-16

Na zamówienie

The DCN300 and DCN600 Series of drives are the perfect fit for battery powered or mobile applications as they are able to maintain variable speed control as the battery discharges. This results in an increase in running time of battery-operated equipment. The drives include an inhibit for remote starting and stopping, a power LED, and trim pot adjustments for minimum speed, maximum speed, acceleration, IR compensation, and current limit. These UL approved DC-to-DC drives come with an extruded chassis for better heat sinking transfer, more bus capacitance to handle ripple currents, and an oversized terminal block that can handle high currents. With a 1% speed regulation over a an 80:1 speed range, these drives are the perfect solution for low voltage DC-to-DC applications with no braking or reversing requirements.

The ELC series is American Control Electronics approach to competition...by adding value. We've taken the LGC Series and kept the most commonly requested features; 115 VAC input for a 90 VDC permanent magnet motor. We've compressed the physical footprint of the drive to save space for customers who are mounting these units into panels. However, we kept the classic industry standard footprint that American Control Electronics created and is known for.

VFD600-2.4

Na zamówienie

The Volts/Hertz VFD Series has several models in the 1/16 - 1 HP range that accept 115 VAC and 230 VAC power. VFD600 models have a jumper that causes the drive to double the output voltage, allowing the use of 230 VAC motors when only a 115 VAC power is available. The VFD Series was designed to “look and feel” like a DC drive. This means quick and easy setup with no programming required. With its compact size, standard features, and application flexibility, the VFD Series is an excellent choice for most 1 HP and under AC applications. The VFD Series can also run single phase permanent split capacitor (PSC), shaded pole, and synchronous motors.

The DCN series of drives are reliable low voltage drives that provide both speed control and current limiting in low HP applications. Roughly the size of a quarter, these drives are being implemented in applications in which the customer traditionally powers the motor directly off a power supply or battery, which doesn’t allow for control or protection of the motor. The drive allows the OEM speed control of their motor, but also provides a current limit trim pot to protect the motor in the case of an overload or jam.

ACF704-0.65

Na zamówienie

The ACF series is a microprocessor based variable frequency drive. The user adjustable trim pots allow the user to setup the drive similar to a DC motor control, meaning quick and easy installation without any of the programming typically associated with VFDs. The ACF704-0.65 model includes an isolation card for remote control with any 0-5V or 0-10V anlog signal, as well either a PWM signal or by Modbus RTU. ACF series drives control 115 or 230 VAC motors, single or three phase, with either a 115 or 230 VAC single phase input. This is because the ACF drive is equipped with a voltage doubling capability that allows you to run a 230 VAC motor when only a 115 VAC single phase power is available. The drive’s internal carrier frequency can easily be changed from 16kHz to 1.6kHz to minimize switching losses or reduce electrical interference. Stopping methods include coast to stop or DC injection braking. Incorporated into the design is a microprocessor which provides flexibility of creating custom programs that can include specific user setting for OEM applications. These full featured and compact AC drives are the perfect choice to run any 3 phase and some single phase motors.

When simplicity and a compact package are important factors in a machine design, the SPM series offers several cost effective solutions. While costs are kept low by providing no frills speed control, the SPM series still supplies the same type of full-wave DC voltage found on more expensive drives. Some models are also offered with built-in speed potentiometers for easy mounting of the complete unit directly on to a control panel. Available in either 115 VAC or 230 VAC types, and able to run 90 VDC motors from 1/50 to 1/4 HP, the SPM series is the best choice when simple speed control is required.

PMB743-5.5-STL

Na zamówienie

The next generation of PWM controls from American Control Electronics has arrived! Using a 115 or 230 VAC power source, the PMB Series is designed to run brushed DC motors, up to 180 VDC. The PWM technology creates a cleaner output voltage compared to older SCR circuitry, which allows the motor to run at a cooler operating temperature at comparatively higher and lower speeds. The PMB is also a regenerative control, meaning it can reverse on-the-fly without any contacts on the motor armature. The integrated dump circuitry eliminates the need for accessory cards and external relays in high inertia applications. The onboard microprocessor allows for custom programming for OEMs. Whether it’s as simple as changing the purpose of a jumper, input, or trim pot, to programming entire routines and behaviors specific only to the OEMs application, the PMB is great for integrating PLC like functionality into your operation. Doing this can eliminate the need of a separate PLC altogether or enhance a system that currently does not have one. The PMB Series has been tested to the 61800-5-1 Standard and is UL listed in the US and Canada, and includes isolation for remote control from an analog signal.

The ACT series drive delivers the features and benefits of a microprocessor based drive and the low cost of a triac control. The ACT output is a variable voltage with a constant frequency, making it perfect for a small speed range control of a single phase AC motor, such as a permanent split capacitor (PSC), shaded pole, synchronous, and universal motors. Unlike other common triac drives, the ACT series drive takes advantage of single phase motor characteristics to provide approximately constant pressure in filtered fan applications, meaning as a filter becomes clogged, the motor will speed up to maintain airflow. The ACT series drive also has an internal closed loop circuit meaning the drive can maintain motor voltage during AC line sags or swells. It also accepts feedback in the form of a thermistor or voltage signal to create a PI loop.
