The ZPT series suction cups are available in diameters from 2 to 125mm, 6-cup materials, and 4-cup designs (flat, flat with ribs, deep and bellows), to suit multiple applications. Vertical vacuum entry connections can be made via one-touch fittings or threaded connections. Optional buffers can be ordered with up to 50mm stroke. SMC s ZP2 series vacuum pads are available in diameters from 2 to 340mm, and offer a variety of pad materials and designs. The ZP2 series was designed to standardize special products designed for the ZP series. Pad types include: miniature cups, compact cups, nozzle cups, multi-bellows cups, sponge cups, mark-free cups, oval cup variations, and heavy-duty cup variations. Optional buffers can be ordered with up to 100mm stroke. The ZP3 line of suction cups has a compact pad and the buffer body has been shortened by as much as 2.2 when compared to the ZP series. The optional buffer can be ordered with up to 20mm stroke.

SMC s PEAPP series of polyethylene tubing is manufactured from linear low density resin for excellent environmental stress crack resistance. This economical, lightweight material has excellent chemical resistance. It is available in six primary colors and lengths of 100, 250, 500 and 1,000 ft. depending on size.

SMC offers a variety of auto switches for actuators and air grippers. Reed and solid state switches are available in a general purpose type or with 2-color indication, which allows the optimum operating position to be determined by the color of the light. Solid state switches are also available in 2-color indication with diagnostic output, water resistant 2-color indication, built-in OFF-delay timer (200 ms), magnetic field resistant, heat resistant and wide range detection configurations. Various lead wire lengths are available.

The MGP-AZ is a compact body actuator integrated with internal guide shafts to isolate the load bearing from the movement of the actuator s rod and seals. The air cushions allow the guided cylinder to absorb nearly three times as much kinetic energy as standard rubber bumpers while suppressing noise and vibration at the stroke end. The (A) press fitted high precision ball bushing is suitable for minimizing the actuator s plate displacement. The (L) high precision ball bushing allows for smooth operation that ensures stable travel resistance, suitable for pushing and lifting applications. The (M) carbon steel alloy slide bearing provides lateral stability protecting it from side load impacts, suitable for stopping applications.

Series M and MS miniature fittings are for use with air connections in confined areas. The hose nipple and hose elbow styles accept nylon, soft nylon and polyurethane tubing. The body of the MS series is stainless steel, making it possible to use this fitting in corrosive applications.

The C85 series single rod, double acting, conforms to ISO 6432 and CETOP RP52P. The C85 is available in bore sizes 8mm through 25mm. A unique rod packing design prevents entry of dust and the effectiveness of the seal is such that the C85 is suitable for use in extremely dusty environments. With abrasion resistant packings and replaceable piston rod seals, the C85 offers exceptional service life.

Series AMC exhaust cleaners insure clean plant air and reduce noise pollution over 35dB. The AMC series also removes over 99.9% of oil mist. Choose from R(PT), NPT or G(PF) thread styles.

Standard double acting, single rod version of the CQ2 compact cylinder. The CQ2 is available in bore sizes from 12mm to 100mm. It comes standard with male or female piston rod threads. It is possible to mount auto switches on any of the 4 surfaces.

One-touch fitting manifold series KM has 6 different model options available. Male thread and female thread options available on certain models. Tube material includes nylon, soft nylon and polyurethane.

The VM series is a mechanical, poppet valve. Their compact size requires little mounting space. The VM series offers a wide variety of actuator styles and flow capacity up to 1.0 Cv.
