The CQS single rod, double acting version of the compact cylinder is available for those small bore cylinder applications where saving space is a concern. The CQS offers standard long strokes (up to 300mm) in four bore sizes from 12 to 25mm. Long stroke versions incorporate a wear band and thicker piston to handle the increased bearing needs of the longer strokes. Both switch capable and non-switch capable body styles are the same, and switches can be mounted on three (12-16 bore) and four (20-25 bore) sides.

The IZF21/31 fans offer market-leading performance, functionality, size and accessories. Treat an area up to 2 x 8 , neutralizing static as rapidly as 0.5s while achieving a 5V balance. 8 emitters provide high ion output, and reverse polarity each time power is supplied, increasing durability. Controls include a power switch, 10-speed fan adjuster, and ion balance adjuster. 4 red/green LEDs communicate 10 normal and alarm conditions. Accessories include a filter, and automatic emitter cleaner, an adjustable louver, and a replaceable emitter cartridge.

The MYAJ* mounts directly to the MY3* rodless cylinder carriage to faciltiate integrating with other guide systems.

The MXSL is a precision slide table integrated with guides and rails combined with cross roller bearings to isolate the load bearing from the movement of the dual rods and piston seals. The ports and stroke adjuster positions are located opposite from the standard MXS in a symmetrical or mirror image of each other to minimize clearance for adjacent mounting applications. Rubber bumpers or shock absorbers stop the slide table and can be paired with a stroke adjuster for precise positioning; available for extend, retract, or both ends in ranges of 0-5mm, 0-15mm and 0-25mm. The end lock option prevents the slide table from dropping in vertical applications, enhancing safety in the event of air pressure loss.

The VQC series subplate, single unit has five standard wiring packages bringing a world of ease to wiring and maintenance work, while the protective enclosures of three of them conform to IP67 standards for protection from dust and moisture. The VQC series has outstanding response times and long life.

Reed and solid state switches are available in a general purpose type or with 2-color indication, which allows the optimum operating position to be determined by the color of the light. Solid state switches are also available in 2-color indication with diagnostic output, water resistant 2-color indication, built-in OFF-delay timer (200 ms), magnetic field resistant, heat resistant and wide range detection configurations. Various lead wire lengths are available.

Series ITV electro-pneumatic and electronic vacuum regulators control air/vacuum pressure steplessly in proportion to an electric signal. The units are compact, lightweight, and include an easy to read LED display. Input signals can be analog current or voltage, 4 or 16 point presets, or a range of communication protocols including CC-Link, DeviceNet , PROFIBUS, RS-232C or I/O-Link. SMC s IDK series is a moisture control tube. Condensation in a pneumatic system will cause operating failure and affect the life of pneumatic equipment. The IDK prevents condensation in small cylinders, air grippers, and air operated valves by diffusing water vapor in the piping to the outside before it is condensed.

The use of the DM series, multi-connector, enables panel mount connections with other apparatus and can provide the reliability of one-touch installation and removal of multi-tubes (nylon, polyurethane). As a result, separate transportation of panel and machinery equipment and backup unit exchange is made possible.

KQ2 one-touch, metric and inch size fittings are available in a wide variety of sizes, body styles and thread types. The use of a special profile seal allows the KQ2 to be used for a wide range of pressures from a low vacuum up to a pressure of 1MPa. The KQ2 release collar releases both the chuck and collet to provide a low disconnection force for easy removal of the tubing.
