TeSys H ultra compact direct starter, 3 poles, 2.4A/500V AC-53, for control and protection of 3-phase motors up to 0.75kW@400V (1HP@480V). The hybrid technology used for power contacts procures ultra compactness (22.5mm width) as well as an extended electrical durability up to 30 million cycles AC-53. It provides control for one direction of rotation, an adjustable motor current 0.18-2.4A, class 10A thermal overload protection with auto/manual/remote reset, phase loss and phase unbalanced protection, stall and jam motor protection. To be supplied with 24V DC, it provides logic inputs for ON/OFF motor running and remote reset after thermal tripping, 1C/O contact relay for fault indication, LED status on front face for indication of tripping and motor running. DIN rail mounting, screw terminals for control and power, it can be used without derating for ambient temperatures from -25 to 70°C. TeSys U control and diagnostic unit to be inserted in advanced power bases LUB320, LUB380, LUB380 to form a TeSys U starter controller, for 3-phase motor applications up to 15kW@400V. It provides full protection to motors with a rated current Ir 8-32A (Ir adjustable), overload tripping class 10, short circuit at 13 x Irmax, overcurrent at 14.2 x Ir, phase loss, insulation fault (protection of equipment only). For diagnostics, it provides a thermal overload alarm to be managed with an additional function module (to be ordered separately) and a test push button for overload simulation. To be used with a 24V AC voltage for the control of the starter (through the control terminals A1/A2 located in the power base). Certified when used in conjunction with a LUB power base (IEC, UL, CSA, CCC, EAC, Marine), Green Premium compliant (RoHS/REACh).
