Refund & Return Policies

Subject to the remaining provisions of the Terms and Conditions, the Service Agreement may be terminated by the Operator with immediate effect, when: The Distributor uploads the Inventory in which he offers to purchase defective or counterfeit Goods or sells such Goods to the Buyer; The User violates the provisions of the Terms and Conditions and/or the Privacy Policy; It was found that the User provided false, outdated, incorrect, or incomplete data or statements or data of other persons; The actions or omissions of the User have a negative impact on the Operator’s good name or brand, or otherwise significantly harm the Operator. Terminations of the Service Agreement by the Operator in the cases referred above do not entitle the User to a refund of the paid Subscription Fee which the User fully accepts.
