The C&P Service S.r.l. was born from the collaboration and experience gained by its members in the machine tool and automatic systems sector, with the aim of providing technologically advanced products and a collaboration that goes beyond the usual customer-supplier relationship. We are leader in providing innovative solutions for “smart factories”. We help companies to optimize their production processes, increase efficiency and improve product quality. We use the latest technologies, including automation, robotics, IoT, data analytics, to create customized solutions for each client's specific needs. Our services include: Machine tool maintenance; Retrofit and revamping; Consulting and design of “smart factories”; Implementation of automation and robotics solutions; IoT system integration and data analysis; Development and implementation of AI solutions; Training and support. We provide our customers high-quality solutions and excellent service. In addition to our core business (maintenance of industrial machines/tools), we have developed projects related to Research & Development. These are innovative projects, with new technologies related to industry 4.0 and industry 5.0; two of them are, for example: Hydraulic control unit with IoT, intelligent sensors, computer/tablet and production management software to monitor the warehouse and orders; Engine test bench with IoT, computer/tablet, intelligent sensors and augmented reality headset (used to see data in an innovative way). These projects related to human-machine collaboration (through the exchange of information), allow for “predictive maintenance”. In this way it is possible to set and fix the machine before the breakdown happens. So we are talking about saving time, costs and resources, avoiding production stops. We had the opportunity to show what we have developed at the Sector Fairs in Bari and Bologna (Italy), from 2019 onwards. Our operational headquarters is in the southern part of Italy (Molfetta, Puglia).
